• Workday@Penn is simple, efficient, and personalized.
• You are able to use Workday@Penn to perform tasks such as manage your personal information, view your compensation, enter up to three pay elections (direct deposit), enter and correct time (for all non-exempt, weekly-paid workers), request time off, view benefits, and more.
• Staff performance management in Workday is part of the talent module introduced in July 2022. It is intended to help align staff more seamlessly with Penn's long- and short-term goals and initiatives. More information is available on the Performance Management Guide.
• Are you a people manager? Access the summary of areas for which you are responsible on behalf of your student, faculty, postdoc, and staff workers.
